Ability to reach out in native language over a transparent task management platform gives equal access to services

« What has podcasting to do with task management? » After the launch of Jusvista a question I am often asked.

We don’t ask what taking a video has to do with holding meetings or posting family pictures has got to do with marketing. However, the interplay between podcasting an instruction and getting the resulting task done on time is yet to become very evident.

Whether to get someone to make an omelette for your breakfast or to get Mr. David Frost to negotiate the Brexit deal for the UK, three things are in common. First, an instruction must be given - easiest done verbally in one’s native language. Second, the buck stops at a single person who is responsible to get the task done albeit drawing help from team members. Third, the client’s expectation that the task must get done on time.

An email or a phone call or a WhatsApp message may kick start a task. One of the many collaborative platforms maybe used to go about meeting and discussing the task. But to find out how verbally to receive instructions together with supporting documents and complete the task on time from within a non-intrusive, single environment shared among the client, the executing team and the supervising managers at a cost of as little as 5 US cents a day per user, read on.

Jusvista is a unique podcast based business communication and task management platform to deliver client services on time. For social purposes or to reach out to businesses, Justori enables every voice to be aired and reach its audience using a smartphone. Businesses use the Jusvista platform to deliver the resulting task on time using the Visible Team Action methodology.

Podcasting from Palm

Justori is a free mobile app solution that enables members to produce podcasts of any duration and audio segments easily and flexibly.

The podcasts are shared publicly or privately to followers. Two-minute long audio reviews, queries and requests are sent directly to the relevant functions of subscribing businesses for processing.

Members may support their audio segments by attaching texts, documents, images and URLs.

Using Justori, clients of businesses asynchronously communicate from mobile phones in their own languages and receive feedback on the status of their tasks.

Visible Team Action

Jusvista is the subscription-based SaaS platform for businesses to receive, process and monitor tasks for better client services, cutting cost and improving productivity.

Client reviews and podcasts (produced internally or outsourced from others) are automatically integrated on digital communication channels for marketing, training and operational purposes.

For adverse reviews, businesses get a chance to address it with the reviewer before it is made public.

The proprietary Visible Team Action (VisTA) collaborative methodology implicitly makes operators responsible and accountable while making supervision seamless.
